These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Tempo, a Safari extension and companion macOS app developed by Yan Smaliak ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Tempo, you agree to these terms.

Tempo is a macOS Safari extension that helps you control video playback speed and interact with supported video players more efficiently. Tempo may also attempt to skip or close ads when a website's player exposes controls that allow it.

We do not guarantee that Tempo will work on every site, every player, or every ad format.

If you obtained Tempo through the Mac App Store, your use of Tempo is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Tempo except as required by law.
